FURYU CORPORATION (Tokyo, President: Yoshiro Tasaka) collaborated with SHOWstudio,a website run by an English photographer, Nick Knight, on a creative project using FURYU's photo sticker machine, Miss DoLL. The work produced will be released worldwide on SHOWstudio from October 19th.
The project was based on the concept of "merging fashion and photo sticker machine", proposed by Kenji Hirasawa, a Japanese photographer. The project was that after photographing, participants can draw on the photo luxury-brand clothing such as CHANEL and PRADA. This is a revolutionary concept in the industry of photo sticker machines. Photo shooting took place in our show room with Ayako Hayamizu, a top model who walks the runway around the world. FURYU also showed photos of gaming arcades in Shibuya Center Street, introducing the culture of photo stickers in Japan to the rest of the world.
SHOWstudio is known as a place for new and young creators to exhibit their pieces. Many creators have succeeded after participating in this website. FURYU intends to keep supporting emerging young creators and to search further innovative possibilities in the photo stickers industry.
